Tara Adams has her bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University. She has worked a variety of community mental health setting before working in the healthcare industry for over 15 years in URAC and NCQA Accredited organizations. Tara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Case Manager. She has been helping clients at RBS for over 3 years.

Elena Arciniega has been part of the RBS team since 2014. Prior to that she worked as Compliance Officer for a Specialty Pharmacy in the greater Los Angeles area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, Riverside and is pursuing a Master’s degree from Liberty University.

Jenn has worked as a pediatric clinical pharmacist for 13 years prior to joining the team at RBS. After completing her pediatric residency in a free-standing children’s hospital, she worked as a pediatric clinical pharmacist in general medicine where she participated in multiple quality improvement initiatives on multi-disciplinary teams including policy and clinical guideline development. Jenn eventually moved on to work as a pediatric gastroenterology ambulatory pharmacist in conjunction with a pediatric specialty pharmacy. She is currently board certified as a Pediatric Pharmacist Specialist. Jenn has several publications, multiple poster presentations and has presented at both national and regional conferences. Her contribution to our team includes years of clinical and practical experience to guide clients through the development of clinical, operational and quality programs.

As a transformational leader who builds relationships based on listening and learning, Angela has a history in consulting, management, marketing and is a best-selling author. Graduating from Cedarville University with a BA in marketing, she climbed the ranks to become a top insurance sales representative. She then became a consultant at two national weight loss centers where she was promoted into training and management roles. Angela spent several years teaching children on the fundamentals of faith and developed her passion in drama as a director. She’s enjoyed participating in marketing and business development initiatives on local and national levels and being the executive director of a home healthcare agency. She is an ACHC certified consultant.

As a business leadership professional, Elizabeth has a broad and extensive history in customer service, team management, curriculum development and educational training. Prior to joining the RBS team, she served in the Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast as an Education Director and Business Manager for 15 years. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Columbia Southern University.
